Direction for Use:
Cold Therapy: Put the pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours
Warm Therapy: Place the pack in boiling water for up to 5 mins. Or Place the pack in the microwave for 20-30 secs
Caution: Over heating in the Microwave could lead to burns on the skin or cause to epand and burst
